Which membership is right for me?
Flexible (£24 per month) suits golfers who want to play whenever they like at half the normal self-service price. Premium (£96 per month) suits regular players: you get 8 hours of self-service sim time every month, worth £192 at pay as you go prices, plus 20% off Play with Bar and room for up to 8 players per booking.
Can I become a member now?
Yes! Tap SIGN UP to join online through YourGolfBooking. If you need extra help registering, come and see us in person and a member of the team will take you through it.
How do I book as a member?
Create a YourGolfBooking account and sign up to a membership. Once you are a member you can BOOK NOW and your member benefits will be applied automatically at checkout.
How do I book Flexible membership play?
Log in to YourGolfBooking and choose Self Service play at The Original Sim or The Glass Works. Your 50% member discount is applied automatically at checkout. BOOK NOW
How do I book Premium membership play?
Premium members have their own section on YourGolfBooking. Log in and choose the Premium members option to book Self Service play at The Original Sim or The Glass Works.
How do Premium membership hours work?
Your 8 hours of self-service sim hire are added on the 1st of each month and reset on the 1st of the following month. Unused hours do not roll over. If you join part way through a month, for example on the 20th, you still get the full 8 hours to use until the end of that month.
What happens when I have used my 8 Premium hours?
You get 50% off any further self-service bookings for the rest of that calendar month. Your 8 hours then reset on the 1st.
What happens if I want to upgrade from Flexible to Premium?
Email info@dyehousegolf.com or get in touch through our contact page. We will cancel your Flexible membership and send you a payment link for Premium. We will then add a £24 credit balance to your existing YourGolfBooking account, worth two hours of Self Service play at member prices.
How often can I book, and how many players can I bring?
As often as you like, there is no limit! Flexible members can book for up to 4 players per booking and Premium members for up to 8 players, including the member. The Glass Works takes up to 4 players, so for 5 to 8 players please book Self Service at The Original Sim. For more than 8 players, please book Play with Bar. You must attend and play in any booking that uses your membership.
When will I be charged?
Your first payment is taken on the day you join, and then on the same date each month. For example, if you join on the 14th, you will be charged on the 14th of each following month.
Is there a minimum term and how do I cancel?
There is no minimum term and you can cancel anytime. Use our cancel membership page or email info@dyehousegolf.com. Please cancel before your next payment date to avoid being charged for the following month. Your benefits continue until the end of the month you have already paid for, and we do not give refunds for part months except where the law requires it.
If you join online, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of joining. If you have used any membership benefits in that time, we may deduct an amount for what you have used.
Can I share my membership?
No. Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred. Members must be 18 or over and must take part in every booking that uses their membership benefits.
Will the price ever change?
If we ever change membership prices or benefits, we will email you at least 30 days before the change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Do I need my own equipment?
For self-service bookings, yes. Please bring your own clubs, which must be suitable for playing golf. For Play with Bar bookings, clubs are available to hire.
